BLACKIE NEEDS A HOME
Dear CARA, this is blackie, i just bought him for 300pesos. Blackie is a gentle dog that i rescued a while ago. i saw blackie yesterday in this place tied and was placed in an abandoned tricycle with no food. Blackie is supposed to be a “pulutan” for the upcoming fiesta here in our town in sampaloc manila on sunday. I was struck hearing him cry all night and knowing that he’s going to be a menu for some cruel people. I also emailed PAWS and told me to report this matter to our barangay as this case is in mere suspicion. but the problem here is our barangay cant do anything about it thus they’re the ones who is even ignoring these things or even the ones who is doing animal cruelty. we’re also afraid that They might get back at us if were going to report them to authorities. that is why im seeking help from you and im pleading to those who have compassion to these animals .please adopt to this dog and give him a home and make him a part of your family. I have 6 dogs in our home and i am the only one who is taking care of them that’s why i cannot adopt him anymore. rescuing him is the least thing that i can do for now and thru you guys at CARA could help me find blackie’s home sweet home.
